Terms of Service

By accessing or using the REDWIPE platform ("Service"), operated by REDWIPE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including free-tier users, paid subscribers, and API consumers.

REDWIPE is an offensive security platform that provides continuous attack surface discovery, automated penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and AI-powered remediation guidance. The Service includes:

• Passive and active reconnaissance of external attack surfaces
• Automated vulnerability scanning and assessment
• Safe exploit verification with safety controls
• AI-driven false positive classification and risk scoring
• Remediation playbooks and compliance reporting
• Continuous monitoring of DNS, certificates, and assets
• Third-party integrations (Jira, Slack, GitHub Actions, webhooks)

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at security@redwipe.com.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scan domains or assets for which you do not have explicit authorization
• Conduct any illegal activities, including unauthorized access to computer systems
• Violate rate limits or attempt to circumvent security controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to develop competing products or services
• Share, sell, or redistribute scan results or vulnerability data obtained through the Service without authorization
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities found by the Service beyond the safe verification performed by our automated tools

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to authorize security scanning of all target domains registered in your REDWIPE account. You must complete DNS-based domain verification before any scanning activity begins.

REDWIPE will not scan any domain that has not been verified through our domain verification process. By initiating a scan, you acknowledge and accept the terms set forth in our Scanning Authorization Agreement.

REDWIPE offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.

• Billing Cycles: Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of the initial purchase.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial months of service. Annual subscribers who cancel mid-term may receive a pro-rata credit toward future use at our discretion.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, templates, reports, and documentation, is the proprietary property of REDWIPE LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Scan results and reports generated for your domains are your data. You retain ownership of your scan data and may export it at any time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDWIPE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REDWIPE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your scanning of domains or assets without proper authorization; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your dashboard settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered account address at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

The free plan includes:

• One (1) domain
• On-demand scans (manual trigger only)
• External attack surface discovery
• Basic vulnerability assessment (top 10 checks)
• REDWIPE Security Score
• Summary report (view online only)
• 7-day scan history retention
• Community support only

Features not included in the free tier (such as daily scanning, AI classification, compliance reports, and integrations) require a paid subscription.

REDWIPE commits to the following uptime targets for paid plans:

• Pro Plan: 99.5% monthly uptime
• Enterprise Plan: 99.9% monthly uptime (custom SLA available)

If we fail to meet these targets, affected customers may request service credits equal to 10% of their monthly subscription fee for each full hour of downtime beyond the SLA threshold, up to a maximum of one month’s subscription fee.

You may export your scan data at any time in JSON or CSV format through the dashboard or API. Upon account termination, you may request a full data export within the 30-day data retention window. We will provide the export within 5 business days of your request.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that reduce functionality available to paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice via email to your registered account address. This notice period does not apply to changes required for security, legal compliance, or emergency maintenance.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Scanning Authorization Agreement, and Security Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and REDWIPE LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
